Serra will celebrate the I San Silvestre Solidaria on December 28. A popular race that aims to collect food for the service of the Local Food Bank that has the session. The race aimed at all audiences is not competitive and practically all the groups and associations of the town collaborate.

Registration can be made until December 27 at the Tourist Office of Serra. The inscription will be made in kind, so at the time of doing so, non-perishable food must be delivered to the food bank of the population.

The race will leave at 12 noon from San Isidro Square and will travel 2 kilometers along the streets of San José, Les Eres, Calvari, Rector Aliaga, Llentiscle, San Joaquin, Portaceli, Deula, Gaspar Rubio and Sant Francesc to finish at San Plaza Isidro The delivery of bibs is scheduled from 10.30 am in the same square where there will be face painting, crafts and workshops for the little ones.

The symbolic prizes will be for the lightest boy and girl, the fastest family, the most original costume and for the funniest group. This activity is part of an intense calendar of events designed for the whole family during the Christmas holidays.
