The City Council of Serra retakes the V Pascual Navarro Digital Photography Competition in order to promote the environmental and preservation values of our natural environment.

The contest is a tribute to Pascual Navarro, photographic ambassador of our municipality who died in April 2017. The contest was postponed by the declaration of the alarm status due to the coronavirus when the period of presentation of works had already opened. “Now that the measures of confinement and mobility have been relaxed, it is time to retake this contest that is already a consolidated event within our municipality,” says the mayor, Alicia Tusón.

The theme of the contest will be spring in the natural park of the Sierra Calderona and the images that are presented to the contest must be unpublished and original. Each participant may submit a work. People who have already submitted a photograph will be able to resubmit a new image as long as they record that it is in place of the one sent in the first place. The deadline for the submission of the works will begin on 22 May and end on 14 June. The originals must be sent to the email serra@touristinfo.net.

The photographs received will be published in the institutional profile of the City of Serra on the social network Facebook. The work I like to have during the days when voting will be open will be the winner from 15 to 25 June. The winners will be unveiled on June 26.

The prizes will consist of two gift vouchers to spend on local commerce. The winner will receive a gift voucher worth 70 euros and the finalist one of 30 euros.
