With the arrival of spring, the City Council of Serra announces the Pascual Navarro Digital Photography Contest in order to promote environmental values and the preservation of our natural environment. The contest, which this year reaches its ninth edition, is a tribute to Pascual Navarro, photographic ambassador of our municipality who passed away on April 6, 2017.
The theme of the contest will be spring in the natural park of the Sierra Calderona. The images will have to deal with themes such as environmental, landscape, natural and cultural richness. The photographs submitted to the contest will have to be unpublished and original and have been taken within the municipality of Serra. Each participant may submit one work. The deadline for submission of works will begin on May 1 and end on May 15. The originals must be sent to the e-mail turismo@serra.es.
The photographs received will be published in the institutional profile of the City Council of Serra in the social network Facebook. The winner will be the work that has more “likes” during the days that the vote will be open, from May 16 until 23.59 hours on May 28. The winner and runner-up will be announced on May 29. The prizes will consist of two gift vouchers to spend in local stores. The winner will receive a gift voucher valued at 80 euros and the runner-up one of 40 €.
