This weekend, Serra Town Council is taking part in the Fira de les Comarques 2025, which is being held from November 7 to 9 in the Jardines de Viveros in Valencia. The aim is to promote the municipality’s wide range of tourist attractions and reinforce its commitment to sustainable, high-quality tourism.

During the fair, Serra will showcase its main tourist attractions, focusing on nature, heritage, and local cuisine. The municipal stand will offer detailed information on the wide range of tourist attractions in this town located in the heart of the Sierra Calderona.

“For Serra, participating in the Fira de las Comarcas is a great opportunity to continue projecting our image as a welcoming town, surrounded by nature and with a unique monumental and gastronomic heritage. In recent years, we have made a significant effort to consolidate a tourism model that respects the environment and our identity,” said the mayor of Serra, Alicia Tusón.

“Tourism is a strategic commitment for Serra. We are not looking for big numbers, but rather quality, sustainability, and an experience that showcases everything we are as a town. The Regional Fair allows us to share this vision with visitors and other municipalities in the province,” she added.

The City Council also highlights the work carried out in recent years to position Serra as an inland tourist municipality. This includes opening the tourist office seven days a week, creating new products and promotional materials, restoring heritage sites, collaborating with local companies linked to the sector, and implementing various plans such as positioning, director, and smart tourist destination, which is currently underway.

Serra’s presence at this event, organized by the Provincial Tourist Board of Valencia, consolidates its active participation in the tourism promotion initiatives promoted by the Provincial Council of Valencia and reaffirms the municipality’s commitment to a development model based on sustainability, culture, and respect for the territory.
