A new edition of the Serra Pumpkin Gastronomic Days is here, celebrating its fourth year with the traditional contests that have become an essential part of autumn in our town.
On Saturday, October 18, the 4th Vicente Granero – Vila de Serra Popular Pumpkin Stew Contest will take place, as well as the 4th Pumpkin Decoration Contest, activities that will fill the town with flavor, color, and creativity.
On Monday, October 20, it will be the turn of the 5th Vicente Granero – Vila de Serra Professional Pumpkin Stew Contest, where professional chefs will demonstrate their talent with this typical and much-loved dish.
Those interested can now register at the Serra Town Hall during normal opening hours or via the municipal website.
Registration will be open until:
• Popular Olla amb Carabassa contest: until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025
• Pumpkin decoration contest: until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025
• Professional Olla amb Carabassa contest: until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025
